Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Arrow Escape account and all associated data. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Fastest: delete in the app

Open Arrow Escape.
Go to Settings → Legal & privacy → Delete account (or Account → Delete account).
Confirm. Your account and data are erased right away.

Prefer to request by email?

If you can't access the app, email sudokumaster@gmail.com from the address linked to your account (or include your in-app display name), with the subject "Account deletion request". We will delete your account and data and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Your account identity (Firebase Authentication user).
Your profile, progress, stars, XP, streaks, and achievements.
Submitted results and related records tied to your account.

Anonymous on-device progress that was never synced lives only on your device; uninstalling the app removes it.
